Update (13 Mar 2023): The entire chapter has been rewritten.
Alright, hold your questions for the next page. I'll be treating the Double Attack (Triple Attack in this case) a bit different from the game. I'll explain why only X and Zero are able to use this for now and the conception of the Variable Weapons System's loss of data after a long period without using a weapon. However, I'm not disposed to explain how Dark Hold itself works because that thing can stop even light beams so... yeah.
