Update (13 Mar 2023): The entire chapter has been rewritten.
Update (07 January 2020) - Changed the unit number to the new one.
With that explanation of X, I'm assuming that Axl couldn't use the "time stopper" thing of the Double Attack, and canonically it was always X or Zero because, well, this special couldn't happen with Axl alone (please remember that the playable Navigators stuff is not canon).
The 14th chapter ends here and now I got one more background to make before starting the 15th. See you soon!
